Breckenridge EZ Gondola Access

We loved our stay at this home. Although it could easily be reached via walking, we shuttled to the gondola and parked. EZ peezy! The hot tub was awesome, the bedrooms were very nice, the kitchen and living area were large and inviting. I will definitely stay here again if and when our schedule permits.

Beautiful home, 3 great bedrooms, open kitchen and family room on main level and a separate family room in basement. House was spotless, well stocked w up to date appliances, a block from town and two blocks from the gondola. Highly recommend

Breck Family Getaway

The home was beautiful, very clean, and kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed! The kids enjoyed hanging out on lower level! We could walk to all the restaurants and shopping on Main St. The 2 negatives were the traffic noise, the home backs up to Main St which is heavily traveled! You do not see the road in posted pics. There is no air conditioning so upstairs in July was warm even with the windows open.

Perfect

This house offered EVERYTHING that we needed. It was my husband, myself, my daughter, her husband and my two grandsons. Upstairs offers a nice master bedroom with king bed and beautiful on suite bathroom and nice roof top hot tub. (My grandsons loved that) The main floor offers a very comfy sectional, gas fireplace, beautiful kitchen, dining table that seated 8, half bath and mud room off the spacious heated 2 car garage that easily fit the Suburban we rented. There is also a porch with gas grill and absolutely stunning views of the ski slopes and gondola. Downstairs was another master bedroom with king bed and beautiful on suite bathroom and 2nd bedroom with queen/twin bunkbeds with access to another full bath. Downstairs also offers a comfy sectional with queen pull out bed and a loveseat with another pull out bed. Would easily sleep 10. The house is an easy walk to City Market, downtown and the gondola. Very convenient to just about everything.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we were not happy with our stay, especially due to the rates and fees we paid for the stay. The furnishings were subpar in some areas and a few things on the property simply did not function properly. We were told someone was coming to fix the blind on the main window but no one ever showed up. The fireplace also did not work in the main living area. These are issues we experienced or suggestions for making the place feel like you are getting what you are paying for:Too many remotes - need one universal remote Fireplace in living room did not work, even after turning the switch onBlind on the large window did not workToilet paper - come on. You should be able to afford at least a 2-ply TP that doesn’t feel like sandpaper. Trash cans - only one in the bathroom. Need at least another one in the bedroom. Bed pillows are nothing but flat pieces of foamNeed areas for charging electronics on the nightstands The rugs in the living areas are very worn and need to be replaced.

Spring Break Getaway

Great location to skiing and downtown shopping, as well as restaurants. 10-20 minute drive to tubing, snowmobiling and dog sledding. Enjoyed day trip to Keystone. Walking distance to gondola, Nordic center for cross country & snow shoe. House as clean and comfortable for 4 adults and two kids.

We booked last minute and couldn't be happier. The house is perfect for our 2 families. 2 living areas and lots of deck space. Even though we couldn't ski we had a great time at the house. It is walking distance to everything. It is also quiet like we are in the mountains with a great view, but right in town. Amazing. We can't wait to book again for next year.

The property location was excellent and the view was great. Master bedroom was very comfortable. Only minor complaint was no laundry basket. We loved everything about the house, owner needs to add a window shade to top living room window. As the sun is setting around dinner time you end up baking in the sun.

Great stay

This property is very well appointed and maintained. We loved sitting in the hot tub watching the snow. Kitchen is very well equipped. Appreciated the humidifiers. Great location to walk downtown. Be sure to bring ice as freezer ice maker either doesn’t work or isn’t connected. Only downfall is we were all woken up two nights in a row in the wee hours by the very loud, late parties at the property to the north. Hopefully it isn’t a regular thing.
