Great Ski Vacation Location

What a great property! We walked to the slopes, ski rental, and town! The unit is very spacious and comfortable, and has a nice view of the mountain. Check in was super easy, and the underground parking (for one vehicle) was very nice. We will try to stay here again on our next ski trip!

Great property!

This is a very spacious condo with the perfect location! Check in was super easy as was check out. Property was super clean. Close to everything and very easy to get to. We especially loved the big dining table! Overall, a perfect property to enjoy Breck.

Amazing location to downtown Breckenridge.! Beautiful views. Clean comfy condo.. we also held a rehearsal dinner in Pioneerroom and Adam and his team went above and beyond to help us plan a perfect event! Can’t recommend this whole establishment high enough!

Texas springbreakers looking for the slopes!

We had a blast and loved the property. The best part was the beds. It’s hard to find a place with nice beds that are fairly new. What a win! The only recommendation would be to have more lighting in the bedrooms. The lamps were nice but hard to see at night. Location was perfect, property team was kind. Parking was a breeze!

Great location, very good condo. Communication was great once on-site although it was difficult to get answers to our questions weeks before the trip. Photos in listing did not match condo. Fortunately the condo was updated and it did match the virtual tour. Floors and showers could have been cleaner. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay.

Great location!

We had a great week in Break and love the location of this condo. We stayed in this condo last year and noticed many improvements like a new fridge, new crockery and cutlery. Our only comments are that there was no chopping board, no kitchen scissors and it is an extremely dark apartment. A few more lamps or brighter light bulbs would make a big difference (especially in the bedrooms).

Decent, but lacking.

Pros, close to main street, great views, good sized and clean. Cons, dirty hot tubs, cold pool, only two grills for Vacasa and two other hotels, only one parking spot. Additional over night parking was blocks away and we still ended up with a ticket. There is no option to pay for additional on site parking.

Excellent location to town and lifts

I would definitely book this location again but may try a different condo at same location. Views from balcony of mountain spectacular. Spacious condo perfect for 6pp. Skiers and non-skiers alike will enjoy. Non-working fireplace (advised Vacasa less than 24-hours after checkin) and banging pipes from heater only items that kept this from a 5-star rating. If fireplace not being repaired (saw issue in earlier review) should be noted in listing that non-working; I’d still have booked but not been disappointed upon arrival. Thanks for sharing your home.

No Hot Water in Showers

Overall we had a great time at this location, however the trip was dampened by the lack of hot water in any of the 3 showers. Water was ice cold. The front desk told us this is known and showers need to run for 15-20 minutes (!) in order to have a bit of warm water for 2-3 showers or we could shower in the locker room of the fitness center. For a unit that sleeps 10 people, you will need hot water that can support a large group of people needing to shower. Hot water was available in the sinks, so this just impacts the showers. Very frustrating.
