This is a wonderful house in a great location. Easy access to the mountain and hiking, and tons of room for the family to spread out. Great amenities and well supplied kitchen.

Great family weekend in this beautiful home

Fantastic location, plenty of room for a large family; kitchen was well stocked and property manager very responsive. Pool table and hot tub were a hit! Highly recommend this beautiful Breckenridge home!

Family Ski Trip

All was good, kitchen well stocked, short walk to peak eight. Only issue was a blip with the hot tub and management got it fixed. Overall I would recommend this for a good time in Breckenridge.

Perfect Stay

This house was perfect for 6 adults and 5 young children. The location is wonderful-walking distance from the gondola and the adventure park as well as hiking trails. The kitchen was well equipped with the exception of only one potholder 🤔. I’m sure we could have gotten another if we had asked. Everyone agreed that this house was perfect for our family vacation.

You won’t be disappointed!!!

What an awesome home to rent in such a great area close to Main Street with all the restaurants, bars and shops. The home is equipped with everything we could have needed. The hot tub while it was snowing was pretty dang cool. A Fox came by one night to provide extra entertainment. I wanted to bring him home as an emotional assist pet but my wife vetoed the idea. You will have the time of your life if you rent this home. We will definitely be back.

Perfect House!

This home is perfectly designed and appointed. It has all of the amenities we expected. The layout of the home allows for several different 'cozy' gathering places, each with their own vibe. The kitchen has everything you need, and all appliances and utensils are top quality. The 'only' thing I'd change, is the pool table was important to us, and the quality of the pool cues was very low. A small upgrade there and this home is perfect. There were just two couples this trip, but we'll be back with more friends!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a GREAT time on our ski trip. The place was beautiful and very spacious. It was not as much of a ski-in/ski-out as we thought it would be, so that didn't work out for the little kids. We ended up driving to the base area each day. One suggestion to the owners: you need to leave at least ONE shelf empty in the kitchen for folks to store their food. We did some rearranging ourselves just to have someplace to store the non-refrigerated stuff.

Hot tub light wasn't working

The property was really nice, the only issue we have experienced was the hot tub 's light wasn't working throughout our stay period (we technically needed it at night as it's very dark) even though we reached out to the property manager who has confirmed that they will fix it which has never happen. Other than this issue, everything was perfect!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: All good. There were 11 of us and the property is as advertised; Three King suites and a bunk room with its own bath/shower. The couches were also adequate for sleeping if needed. The dining table is great for large groups and the kitchen table and bar top were excellent for meals that were not as regimented. Pool table, hot tub and fire places were a nice touch in the evenings. Access to the slopes is acceptable, but certainly not a true "ski in, ski out." The more adventuresome of our crew skied in; most used the free shuttles or walked the road to Peak 8. From Peak 8, we had great days on the mountain or took the Gondola into town for drinks, meals, groceries, etc.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great Home. I’d start by say the management company was the most responsive company we’ve ever had on any rentals. The few things that needed physical attention were quickly handled. 3 super king bedrooms with full BR. Great kiddos rm with 2 bunk beds. Very well equipped kitchen, although tight on space. Loved 2 living spaces with fireplaces and pool table. Regarding ski access, it’s possible to ski back to the house, but I’d highly suggest a detailed map be left in home showing HOW one would ski back to the home. It was not possible via Tygraves trail on our stay, it took us 3 days to figure out HOW to ski back. You cannot ski out, shuttle stop isn’t super convenient, best bet is a drop off at Peak 9 gondola. Super nice touch has home had a lit Christmas tree:)). Also found the mud/ski gear room adjacent to the garage was super nice!!Opportunities to improve guests stay:- radiant heat- not clear on how it worked, no written info sheet on that. Thermostat in dining rm was set on 68, temp read 60 whole time we were there. Don’t assume everyone understands radiant heat thermostats.- ski back map as cited above - music speakers in all rooms would have loved to use it, but NO info or sheet on how to hook up or tie into it. Again a simple info sheet would be awesome.- for a quality rental and $$$ as this was a couple info sheets on opportunity items would be awesome and improve folks stay greatly!!!

Wonderful Stay!

House was beautiful and the location was wonderful. Very peaceful and relaxing stay... smell the pine trees from the decks at home, close to town and close to hikes. Highly recommend!
