Our stay was wonderful! We were a large group with kids, and everyone had a great time, especially the kids who enjoyed the hot tub. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed, including plenty of kitchen utensils. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we also enjoyed grilling outdoors. The place met all our expectations, highly recommended!

Overall a great place!

My family and I stayed here over Christmas and it fit all 18 of us perfectly! There were 5 families (my siblings and I) that all had room to enjoy the house! It is outdated a bit, definitely issues in the home that shouldn’t have been our concern, but became it when water started leaking through the basement ceiling after someone drained the bath in the master bedroom. It was fixed (on Christmas) but we couldn’t use the master bath the rest of the trip. Trash was a big issue, we had 18 people for 8 days (9 of which are little kids and most are still in diapers) and trash wasn’t picked up once while we were there. Overall, the location to skiing and the gondola were awesome, the heat worked beautifully and everyone could control their own areas. Views were breathtaking and beds were comfortable!

Only downside could be that you need a car. The ski in / out is not really true. You really need a car. We were lucky that one of the families rented a car for the whole stay because the husband doesn’t ski. Walking with skis and boots to and from the bus was not a hit with kids. To far. So the car was perfect.

The house was perfect for our size group, had all the amenities you could need, and was in the perfect location very close to Peak 8 of Breckenridge.The kitchen, common rooms, and bedrooms were all spacious, well-appointed, and the right configuration for our four families of adults and kids. The pool table and hot tub were amazing for the kids and adults, alike. There were no issues at all during our stay and River Ridge Rentals was great at communicating with us prior to our stay, during our stay, and after our stay. The entire process was smooth and easy.If our four family group travels back to Breckenridge, I would certainly stay here again. Highly recommended!

Our only complaint about this stay was that the hottub was broken and unoperable until our last day. We would have appreciated a larger refund given the amount the hottub mattered in our selection. Other than that it was described as listed. We would have great reviews if not for the hottub or if they refunded an acceptable amount given the inconvenience we experienced.

Relaxing Family Vacay
