Great location!

We loved the location of the cabin, close to town and the river in the back was great. Cabin could have been a bit cleaner, and some things were in disrepair, kitchen sink, upstairs bathroom door lock.

Amazing House - Quiet, Great scenery - Apres-Ski Hot Tub Soak !

This place has beds for days !!! Each room has a sink ! Hot Tub for after-ski soak. Huge kitchen. Great place for lots of friends on a ski trip. 6 bunk beds for all the kids !!!

This house was beautiful! The pictures online do not do it’s justice! It was a great location a short drive from the main town. Everything was well working and would definitely stay again!

Love love love!!!

We had a group of 10 stay in this beautiful cabin and we had the best time. The location was perfect for going to main street Breckenridge, skiing at Breckenridge, and skiing at Keystone! Having four full baths is so nice for a big group and all the rooms were great, too. The kitchen is big and stocked with kitchenware so we were able to cook big meals each night. The hot tub is amazing and spacious and we even saw some moose in the backyard! Overall incredible experience, highly recommend. Needs to restock the first aid kit.

Nice location but wouldn’t stay again

The house is in a nice area and is large to accommodate a big group. Upon arriving the house smelled almost like pets and didn’t feel very clean. The house is older so a few things could be updated. There was no cold water in the downstairs bathroom sink which was fine because there were other bathrooms. The hot tub was nice after a long day snowboarding. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking supplies. Overall it was difficult communicating with a vacation rental company rather than an individual owner that takes pride in their home and for those reasons I wouldn’t stay here again.

WIFI ISSUES

No WiFi the entire stay. Called property management company several times, not very attentive. Seemed to be an issue with the router. A bit inconvenient however, the area and snow was so beautiful we got over it pretty quickly. Cabin was good size, had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen. Would definitely recommend this property for a winter trip to Breckenridge. Wish I could share the beautiful pics I took outside the cabin. It was a winter wonderland!!!

Breck Bike Trip

We loved the location with the river behind the house and the lovely swings. The hot tub was amazing! On the last night (how did they know??) the bears got into the bear proof trash cans! The furnishings could use some updating (but the price was reasonable so…) We did not find any dishcloths but luckily had brought sponges. The sink in one of the bedrooms was draining slowly and that bedroom could use a night light. The bathrooms were very clean which we all appreciated. Overall loved our stay and the nice neighborhood:)

Great getaway

This property was perfect for our group of 8. The large dining table and kitchen provided ample space to accommodate our group. We were very satisfied with the cleanliness and condition as well.

Breck Vacay

Great layout and space for everyone to be comfortable , and easy to get into town. Thy house was very clean! Only thing lacking were certain detailed items like dish soap for hand washing, more kitchen towels would've been helpful, hand soap for the kitchen other than the little bar soaps like for hotels, garbage bags, paper towels, and laundry detergent. We ended up just purchasing those things at the grocery store, especially since between hot tub towels and shower towels we needed to do laundry. I would bring Some Tupperware or Ziploc bags if you plan on cooking and want to save your leftovers. Just little detailed things like that but nothing major!

Nice place to get away but still close to everything

Great view of the mountains & loved having the hot tub! Loved the location as it was easy to drive around the area and visit lots of towns.

Nice, quiet property

I would consider renting this property again, but was annoyed that check in instructions were not given on time and we had to stall for 2 hours with a car load of kids... Hot tub is in "ok" shape... Saw a moose by the river though so that was cool...

Love being a short drive outside of Breckenridge

Great location...quiet area except sound of Blue River...lots of space for our family...hot tub was a hit after hiking & fishing...overall great value for us.

Great vacation house

The house was easy to get to and just a few minutes from Breckenridge. We loved the big back yard, always hot hot tub (even at -3 degree weather) and all the comfortable couches. The only issues were minor - low water pressure, creaky upstairs floors and the living room DVD player didn’t work. All in all very first world problems, we would stay here again!

Beautiful! Home warming, perfect location. Quite but not far at all from the city. A little confusing on the instructions of where to leave the trash bins for Wednesday pick but we tried our best. Also not enough trash bags or cleaning supplies. Overall a great experience.

Mountain getaway

This property is beautiful! It is about 5 minutes south of Breckenridge tucked away in a tiny neighborhood. Easily accommodated 12 of us. Will stay here again!

Very enjoyable week in this house

The kids loved the bunk room. There was plenty of room for 10 of us. We enjoyed our stay very much. We loved the water running in the back yard with the chair swings by it. It was running way too fast to let the kids play in it and too cold. We roasted hot dogs over the fire pit fire and made smores. I would recommend this house to anyone that wants a relaxing vacation.

Great for a big group!

Well stocked for a big group on Thanksgiving. Plenty of dishes in the kitchen. Everyone had their own space. Bathroom set up is great. Beautiful area and lots to do!
