We had 13 people stay for an amazing week in the mountains. 2 king suites, 2 bunk rooms, game room, queen room - plenty of hang out space so no one felt on top of one another. Hot tub was great! Kitchen well stocked, easy ski in - ski out! Highly recommend! Babs was incredibly responsive to any questions / concerns!

We enjoyed our trip immensely. The house was easy to find and the check in and out directions were clear. The location was great! Just a short walk across and down the street to the mountain. The kitchen is adequate, but certainly not big enough for everyone to be in at one time. We enjoyed all of the time we spent there.

Highly recommend. We had 3 families stay with kids ranging from 10 to teenagers and fit easily. Lots of areas for different sub-groups to hang out and play games. Pool table was popular. Two minute walk up to the road to the 4 O'clock run and then an easy ski down to the Snowflake lift. Only downside for skiing is Snowflake can be crowded early and lift is fairly slow to get onto upper mountain. Because of this we didn't come back to house for lunches as originally planned. At end of day returning to house most people just skied on the road (had lots of snow this week) directly to the house. Garage is heated with benches which is super nice for getting ski gear on / off. Hot tub is big and appreciated the cover being weighted to be easily opened and closed even by kids. One note - there is only one refrigerator and we used a closet as a pantry for food. We fit one car in garage on one side and 3 trucks along the heated driveway.

Bab’s Property is absolutely beautiful. The listing is exactly as advertised but even prettier. There was plenty of space for the 13 of us. Bab’s was super communicative and flexible about the booking and was quick to respond for any questions I had. I would highly consider this property if you are looking for a getaway. We rented this house for a family ski trip and it was amazing. Part of our group had to cancel due to Covid and the property manager Babs was amazing with giving us a lot of options including cancelling and giving us a full refund if we needed to. The house is very nice, great amenities and the skiing was amazing. I would recommend this property to anyone!!!

We had 3 families with kids 13-18, 10 of us total. Ton's of room and could have comfortably had additional guests. Lots or room, nook, interesting spaces to spread out. House has lots of character and pride of the long term owners. Great proximity to downtown. We walked several times, 15 minutes but great time for fresh air. About a 3-4 minute 300-400 foot walk up and across the street to hop on to the trail to ski down 4 o'clock to the Snowflake lift to start the day. Could ski to our driveway at the end of the day on the street after hopping off 4 o'clock. overall a great way to experience Breckenridge!!

We had a wonderful family ski trip here for 5 days with a group of 12. There was plenty of space.The house has a very unique layout with lots of nooks. There are two 'bridges' upstairs, a big game room, a near-separate apartment downstairs with 3 bedrooms / 2 baths / separate living room with fireplace, and huge decks on the front and back. It is an amazing place for kids.You can go upstairs to the game room, across a bridge to the upstairs bedroom, through the bedroom, down a hallway to a lofted reading nook, into a study with a fireplace, and downstairs directly into the master bedroom back on the first floor. Our kids did laps and hide-and-seek. We loved it. If you prefer not to encourage kids to come through, you can close it all off with doors. Kitchen / counters / cabinets felt a touch small for the size of the house and group.The view out the back of the house was beautiful. You can see the Snowflake lift through the trees. Hot tub was great.The walk to skiing was just fine. You go out the driveway onto 4 O-Clock Road, and walk down like 50 meters to 4 O'Clock run. There's also a shortcut path by the condos directly across the street. You ski down to the Snowflake lift. You do have to take your ski's off to cross the street again to the lift.Host was great and very quick on communication. We had a wonderful trip. Thanks!

Our family loved everything about this mountain home perched above Breckenridge. The location was perfect, surrounded by aspens and pines–we slept to the sounds of the rushing stream below every night. A short ten-minute walk to town and 15 up the hill. An easy 2-minute drive if you don't want the exercise. The house is fantastic–architecturally interesting (built in the '70s) with endless beds, bedrooms, and reading nooks. Furnished beautifully. We loved playing pool at night and hanging on the back deck. Very nice hot tub! Lots of books and games. We'd love to return during ski season!

Our Mountain Honey was an incredible home! Nestled in the woods with a beautiful view of all the trees along with the sound of the stream that runs behind it. It was a perfect place to sit with a glass of wine and relax! The home was clean and comfortable, and also had plenty of room for the entire family to spread out. No one felt like they were on top of each other. It's an excellent location and very close to downtown Breckenridge, as well as some hiking trails that start just up the road. Another bonus was the pantry was stalked with more than the basics for cooking. That was a definite plus for our family since we love to cook. I can't say enough wonderful things about this home and its location!

Overall our experience was good! The house was roomy, the hot tub was wonderful and our granddaughters loved the big upstairs room. Even though there aren't any major complaints, there are a few that should be addressed: The upstairs king bedroom was stale and after the first two nights, my son and his wife ended up moving to the bottom level and sleeping on the couch. Also, the shower/tub. in that same upstairs bathroom, was slow to drain, so they showered in our bathroom. The kitchen, though small for a house that size, had pretty much everything needed to cook, except for a can opener. We were unable to use the front door, as it was in disrepair. The handyman was quick to get there to do a repair, but was unable to finish it during our stay. Again, we enjoyed our time there, but at the per night cost, we thought it should be near perfection.

The house lived up to its listing and then some. Clearly the cleanest house our 9-man ski group has rented in nearly 20 years. It is well outfitted in the kitchen with all the utensils, pots and pans you'll need. Great for large groups in part because there's plenty of room to gather in two large family rooms but also to separate in several nooks or sitting areas for a little down time, catching up on work, phone calls or just watching your favorite show on tv. We managed to trigger the smoke detectors (clearly our fault) and Babs was immediately on the phone to help us reset the alarm code. One minor quibble is that there is no exhaust fan in the kitchen. In our case, having a couple of non-stick pans would have cured our one-time problem. We had ample parking for two cars outside (could have been three) on the heated driveway and one in the garage. The other side of the heated garage offers perfect space with benches for buckling up or removing ski boots - after you've skied down the road right to the driveway. The two-level deck out back is huge with a nice view into the woods and a large, comfortable hot tub. Thanks Babs! We tried to leave it as we found it.
