The house comfortably accommodated 10 adults, well appointed kitchen. The best part was the ability to walk to a trail and ski right on to the mountain.

Fabulous and convenient

Six professionals stayed comfortably for the nights. Lots of space and great amenities. The kitchen is amazing and the hot tub is such a relaxing plus.

Wonderful views

A true Colorado experience with all the comforts and convenience to the Breck village by Shuttle service. Younger adults really enjoyed the hot tub. Spectacular primary bedroom views of slopes and surprising peak of wildlife, moose and fox. Overall a great family vacation!!

The views were amazing. The property had many stairs, not ideal for small children or elderly. One bedroom was very small. Good location if you don’t mind driving to town. Signs posted everywhere how they wanted the property taken care of, which was over the top and made you feel like you couldn’t relax and enjoy the property.

Great house; intense communication about rules

This is a lovely, well-kept vacation home. The space was excellent for our 3-generation group of 9. The communication about check-in and house rules is kinda intense. Lots of all-caps. Definitely get the sense that they have a lot of people trying to bend the rules of the house, and I found the communication about house rules to have an unwelcoming tone. Maybe they have to do that to take care of the home. While I do recommend the house, I'd also say be prepared to read extremely detailed instructions.
