“I did not have any communication with a host only the front desk person at the lodge. She was very pleasant and very helpful which is why I gave it a five star. The location was very good. My only complaint was that this was not a functional kitchen. The stove had all the temperature settings worn off on the knobs to control the stove top so you had to guess the temperatures at which to cook your food. There was not one sharp knife, only Serrated steak knives and a serrated, larger kitchen……

“Residence inn by Marriott Breck Parking $46/night! No towels left at pool, full stack of dirty towels next to pool door not being washed. Check in super quick! No lock on bedroom door. Very small pillows. Rooms were quiet. Hot tub gets busy. Small lobby bar open 4-10pm is nice. Outside seating. Breakfast has plenty to choose from. Very close to shopping and skiing. Can walk everywhere easily. Shuttle to hill you can put skis in back while riding. ”

“We enjoyed our stay at the property and would stay again. It is in a great location with a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the Peak 9 lift. Parking is really easy in an underground structure. The gym was nice as were the hot tubs. Charter sports is located on the property but Christy’s is a 3 mins walk away as well. Ski and snowboard gear must be checked into the Charter Ski Valet regardless of where you rent from or even if you own your own skis. The front desk staff was excellent. The……

“Great property, perfect location with great amenities. Right around the corner from Main St, ski lift is right out the door, jacuzzi and pool overlooking the mountains, pool table and game room for kids. While everyone else is driving, parking and bussing in you’re sleeping, eating breakfast and walking over to the ski lift. Couldn’t ask for a better property. ”

“Perfect location for enjoying all that downtown Breckenridge has to offer. Room overlooked the Blue River facing East toward Main Street. Relaxing sounds of the water combined with beautiful scenery, wonderful weather, and location made this a great getaway from the heat and humidity back home.”

“It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.”

“The facilities and room were quite nice and the person at reception - Brooke - was exceptional: warm, welcoming and helpful. However we had a few issues upon arrival that could have been avoided with a bit of extra attention: - the cleaning crew left the fridge door ajar and ice from the freezer melted into the fridge and onto the kitchen floor - the shower valve wasn't operational and had to be fixed - the toilet plunger was disconnected and wouldn't flush We took care of those issues……
