「Great hotel」

「The rooms were very clean. We loved the fireplace and access to the trails nearby. The location is amazing because you can be near anything you need within 3-5 minutes. I really liked how they had extra garage bags, cleaning supplies for dishes and an onsite washer/dryer. We visited from Tennessee and loved having the humidifiers in every bedroom. The windows are breathtaking when they are all open. We also enjoy opening the windows with the fresh air and sitting by the fireplace. Everything was...

「We really enjoyed our stay here. It was very close to the ski slopes. Only saw one staff member in the morning for a short few minutes, but they seemed pretty nice. Doesn’t seem like there’s anyone really staffing the Front Desk. Knocked down a star on Clemments because it didn’t seem the sheets on the bed were changed before our arrival and unfortunately, we didn’t notice until it was late at night when we were going to sleep but found a long dark hairs belonging to someone else on the pillows....

「The pool/hot tub and fitness center need to be upgraded. They are outdated and showing their age.」

「Booked this hotel because it advertised that breakfast was included. When we walked down on our first morning, we found out that it was NOT included. But the staff was extremely nice, room was clean and the shuttle drop off/pick up was great! Also, be aware that there is a charge to valet/park your vehicle per night.」

「It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.」

「Great location comfortable only negative no air conditioning a fan helped a lot and second the upstairs bedroom area had a spiral staircase hard for 2 70 y/o to use. We will return to this hotel 」

「The Village is in a great location. Unit was clean and comfortable. Major problem is that you advertise free parking and they do not comply with that. You need to fix that and I also blame The Village management as they should have honored what you advertised seeing the are affiliated with you. The staff where not helpful. 」

「The space was wonderful, and the price (for the off-season) was exactly what I expected and appreciated. The accommodations were great (kitchenette, towels, water pressure, living spaces, balcony, views); however, access from the West building and the Main Lobby made it difficult to navigate the buildings at times.」
