No reception staff. There's a sign in Dutch to go around the corner. I had to ask a passerby to help as the phone message was also only in Dutch with no option to speak to someone. They helped me figure out to push a call button on a nearby door. This led to a passageway that led to another call box to press. Once inside I was greated by a box with a hologram of a receptionist that guided me through coding my own key card. Only the cleaning staff was around during the day. They threw bedding on the stairs, which I had to walk around. The restaurant next door was closed most of the time. The room was nice, but dated. I would not recommend.

It was a nice big room but smelly with no fridge. No elevator and rather a small staircase. No luggage storage although that it was marked available in the description.

Kleinschalig hotel (9 kamers). Wij hadden kamer 5. Ontbijt was prima!

The location is good, steps away from restaurants, the Friday street market and shops and 15 min. walking to the train and bus station. The place is also quiet even with the Friday night crowd nearby. The dark panels and deco inside the room look creepy. The staff can only be contacted via a tablet at the front desk. The key cards do not always work: GET TWO CARDS even if you travel alone.

Spændende, dejligt og anderledes hotel.

Meget charmerende hotel i centrum.

Room was nice although fixtures show signs of wear and tear - chips in paintwork, scratches on the floor. Gas fire place was a lovely feature. The chair provided at the desk was unsuitable and too low for working adequately. Lack of electric sockets next to bed for phone charger

Very good room, good quality, well maintained, clean but too noisy. Was a hot Friday night so a lot of people in the streets. I was o the top floor and was difficult to sleep, I imagine that during winter time this is a perfect stay.
