“quite simple, but just simple”

“Accueil, calme”

“ paid £410 for a 2 night stay. Upon check in I was presented with a list of rules (empty bins, strip beds on departure amongst others) and asked for a €400 deposit for any potential breakages of which couldn’t be processed due to restrictive refund policies. The attitude and lack of help and welcome from staff was the worst I’ve ever experienced. No attempt to understand or put things right. The propertiy was amazing just like the pictures. The welcome and customer service was overlooked and……

“Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, lediglich die Matratzen waren für unseren Geschmack etwas zu weich. Das Frühstück war klein, aber fein und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Parkplätze sind direkt am Hotel vorhanden und das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit.”

“We had a two night stay here as a family of 4. It was perfect for our trip to Efteling. The studio had everything we needed and was super quiet. We had yummy food in the restaurant on the second night and enjoyed staying in this beautiful little town. Highly recommend! Five stars from us all! Oh, and we also successfully charged our car with the hotels charging point.”

“This hotel has a famous restaurant which is built on the border downstairs. Of courses, visitors come to Harley Nassau and Barrel Herlog is mostly for seeing the enclaves.”

“We arrived later than planned but one of the team stayed to ensure we could check in which was great. Room was super clean; lovely to have access to cutlery for our late night takeaway dinner; such a luxury to have underfloor heating in the bathroom, and breakfast was simple but just what we needed to set us up for the day. Will be back next time and make sure we get some time organised in the spa on site!”
