「Nice clean hotel 3 minutes from Mall of America. A working pool and hot tub are always a plus. Would definitely stay again. 」

「Originally booked a queen size room with a request of 2 cribs. Upon checking in, I decided to request a king size bed and I was told by the receptionist that there’s no king size bed available. Then my friend is checking-in after me, and he asked her if she wants a king size bed. My friend and I ended up just switching keycards. Then I made a request to move the cribs to king size room. 「It took 45 minutes to wait for the shuttle bus. There is no free water battle in the room. 」

「Good location and free shuttle service is very convenient to travellers. However, the hotel holds my credit card credit for USD100 as security deposit, but the deposit was not reversed although I have checked out. This should have been done when I checked out .」

「Such a clean and nice place to stay. We weren't thrilled about paying for parking as it was one of the required amenities I checked off on the hotels.com list. They offered us small bags of chips and bottled water as well. Very kind. The two employees we dealt with were both very kind gentlemen. The pool was great as well. We also appreciated the location as there is food within walking distance and a Wal-Mart across the road. We will be back if needed.」
