「Was fairly easy to find, conveniently located if you are going to the Christmas Market int he Ravine. Although the email said we had to collect the key from the safe due to late check in, there was someone at the reception who not only checked us in but walked us to the room & showed us around. Room itself was clean, cosy & warm. added bonus was there is ZERO light pollution so the night ky was amazing!」

「Very good location,all kinds of shops, department stores, restaurants are within walking distance, public transportations are also very nearby. The atmosphere of the room was very romantic, the bed was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was fantastic, Staffs of the hotel are very freindly,helpful and good service.」

「The hotel is renovated, large and very clean and neat. The staffs are friendly and energetic. There is an elevator in the hotel, and it is very helpful for me. It offers many kinds of food for breakfast and it is delicious. The location is near to most of sites and Christmas markets, only 10-15 minutes walk from the DB train station. I would like to make a suggestion that is to change the kettle, because it usually smells strange when the water is boiled, maybe it can't endure the heat anymore....
