"Extremely pleasant hotel with most attentive staff , fjord views to die for and easy access for the Flam train station & Flam Fjord cruise. Clean rooms and pleasant staff, lovely restaurant which had a great selection of foods for buffet breakfast & evening meals "

"We were upgraded to one of the apartments which was great as much bigger than we had booked however sofa bed wasn’t made up, we were missing towels and tv didn’t work. There is a lot of work going on around the village currently with the pub renovations and pier renovations. "

"The Heimly staff was friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Our room had gorgeous views of the fjords. Breakfast was excellent, and the three-course vegetarian dinner that the chef prepared for us was the best meal we had on our trip to the Scandinavian countries. "

"Undeniably a gorgeous location! Communication was a problem but only at 1st. The Expedia message did not work. You have to use WhatsApp to contact them about the door code. Parking is scary if other cars are there. It's a tight squeeze to go anywhere in Undredal though. It's a one-way road, in and out. I will never forget that view though! It was definitely worth the sketchy drive!"
