「The room is very spacious. Every morning they provide a delicious croissant and bread roll for breakfast. Communication with the staff members there is easy. Parking is available for a fee. Very close to Gewiss stadium. Walkable to both the old and new parts of the city. Rooms facing the road could be noisy at night but they provide ear plugs. They also are very helpful and allow us to change to another room facing the courtyard. 」

「We had the best of time. Stayed for a month. The owners Marco and Daniela could not have been nicer. The home is a dream. We took morning dips every morning in the lake and walked 2 miles into Varenna every morning for coffee (and back). 」

「It's certainly very unique in its Gothic style and very spacious, close to everything. but we found dust in corners and on some selves, the storage room was full of cleaning stuff and smelled like mold....also even it is only 4 miniutes walk from the ferry, with its location at the top of the hill and to carry big suitcases along the pebble stone road all the way up to check in is no fun at all.」

「The view is amazing. The apartment was spacious and had parking right out front. If you have time, take advantage of the main hotel lakeside area and indoor pool/spas. Check in is at the main hotel. Use that address for GPS. It would be nice if they provided and couple of bottles of water and coffee to make in the room. 」

「We enjoyed our stay in Gulia’s beautiful home. The rustic features are gorgeous. There is an outdoor dining table with outdoor fireplace which is beautiful. The kitchen appeared well stocked and Gulia left some snacks, water, and champagne for us which was much appreciated. The neighborhood is quiet and away from the busy tourist area but walkable (15-20 mins) if you want to be in the middle of the action. There was plenty of space for my husband and I and our 2 kids. They even had a few toys...

「Casa bonita a pie de lago. Entorno y vistas espectaculares. Destacar la atención y la rápida respuesta a todas nuestras necesidades del propietario. Fallo de la casa la cocina demasiado pequeña y sin espacios para trabajar. Lo peor y que no se indica, un baño fuera de la casa lleno de humedad. Horrible. 「The property is very beautiful and comfortable. The view is amazing! The balcony was the perfect place for morning coffee. It is about a 10-15 minute walk to town and the ferry! There is a pizza place and a produce store less than 5 minute walk. We enjoyed stopping for snacks at the pizza place on the way home each evening. The renta was clean, safe and well appointed. It even had an assigned parking spot. Would recommend 100%!!」

「We spent 4 nights in Varenna, which is a fantastic location to explore the Lake with great access to mid-lake ferry service. The apartment had everything we needed as a family of 4 adults. A wonderful welcome from our host was a fab start. Plenty of places to eat and drink and take in all that the Lake has to offer. Highly recommend.」
