「Great location, awesome staff. Just keep in mind the spa has a cost per person. The parking also has extra cost. The village is very cute.」

「Clean room, door to bathroom difficult to open. Bed was hard. Breakfast ok. Staff helpful. Didn’t get to use the Spa as we arrived late and left early, already booked up! The restaurant attached was very good but not cheap.」

「the room itself was alright but the staff was not very helpful. We stayed for one night and the day we arrived no one was at the front desk even though it was supposed to be open so I waited for 25 minutes before someone finally came. We gave them our ID’s to take photos and paid the city tax. The next day when checking out, the same lady tried to convince me that we had not yet paid the city tax and when I said I had she said “you must have paid my boss” and I had to explain that I paid her...

「Tutto bene」

「Amazing new hotel at the entrance of this beautiful ski town. Great modern yet warm rooms, beautifully decorated, and we loved the bed. Superb service, from the front desk to the restaurant. The shuttle service to anywhere in town and back to the hotel worked perfectly thanks to Davide and rest of the team. Great pool and spa, and a wonderful breakfast. For dinner, our group didn’t like the dishes in the panorama restaurant. We all thought they can get a better chef and increase dish size. I...

「Warm welcome, comfortable, nice food」

「Somehow my room had leftovers from previous room services (on the shelves) and was not taken away after I moved in !」

「This is a nice 3 stars hotel, clean and with all basic facilities in room, a bit old. The staff was very nice and helpful. I am apreciated the free coffee and tea are provided all day long, perfect for a retreat after skiing. Good location that close to pila ski and big supermarket just next to the hotel」

「Bella camera con caratteristiche rifiniture in legno, ottima colazione, gentilezza e attenzione nell’accoglienza.」
