“The online pics looked nothing like actual. Checkin was not a clear process- guessing game to find the actual apt. Host non-responsive when Wi-Fi password was incorrect. Biggest concerns- very steep small stairs down into the tv room, very strong mildew odor throughout, we cleaned before we unpacked. There was dirt, long black hairs throughout.
