"I was unable to checkout properly as no no one was at the front desk. My kids had to be somewhere and I waited for an hour and had to leave my room keys with a kitchen staff member. This is unacceptable to not to have someone at the front desk. "

"Was told there was a pool and after walking around for 15mins looking for it, we were told there was no pool. Very loud banging noises above our room all night and the second night banging noises on the room side as well. Didn’t get a good night sleep and would choice another hotel next time. "

"The cabin was out of a dream! The view is all water, the neighborhood is beautiful. Walking distance to restaurants and the library, we couldnt have asked for better. This is a place to get cozy, calm and bright in the winters and soak up the sun all summer. We're so happy to have stayed new year! "
