Room was very clean, and had a nice layout. The only small issue was that the AC is a window unit, which was about 3 feet from the bed, and at bed level, so we turned it off. Breakfast was good. Check in was quick and on time.

The only downside is that the property is a little dated. The mattresses, carpets, and pillows could use some refurbishing or replacing. That said, the service, location, staff, overall hygiene, and cleanliness are all really good, making it great value for money. What I especially appreciate is the front desk staff—they’re always willing to help, accommodate requests, and genuinely make an effort to give you the best experience possible.

The staff was excellent; friendly, helpful, pleasant. Dining was excellent as well. We stayed for 2 1/2 weeks and were so thankful we did as opposed to an Airbnb. We had a full kitchen and housekeeping provided us with all the things we needed to cook and clean. Fresh towels every other day. So grateful for the staff who provided us with all the comforts of home. Front desk staff always pleasant and helpful for our needs. Breakfast staff was excellent as they provide us with amazing hot breakfast food plus everything else you need to start your day. Absolutely not complaints with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel. We will stay here again in our next trip. We want to thank all of the members of the staff that provided us with an excellent stay!

My original booking was for 2 weeks. Circumstances caused me to stay at the Residence Inn for over 8 weeks. The facilities are older but it was a perfect place to stay for that extended timeframe. The entire staff couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. It was located close to the freeway which was very convenient. I had the suite and never felt claustrophobic even after 2 months.
