“Great hotel!”

“Unfortunately, the bathroom floor and shower were dirty when we arrived. Cleanliness is one of the most important aspects of the stay, so this was very disappointing. I hope the motel improves its housekeeping standards.”

“Ceiling was peeling in room. Towel bar fell off. Breakfast was not appetizing. Check in/out was fine. Bathroom very small.”

“The room was clean and beds were very comfortable. The bathroom for us was well above a 10 in rating. There was no water leaking out from the shower at all. The step in shower was a very welcome extra. As a senior stepping over a tub wall to take a shower is a fear. But here at spark it was so easy in and out of the shower. Staff was extra helpful with all our questions and went out of there way to help us! A great pl as ce to stay on a long trip where you need a safe easy access place to……

“The staff was helpful. The hotel room could use maintenance. The toilet leaked, an outlet was coming away from the wall and the breakfast was okay.”

“There were maintenance issues with the room, electrical outlet not working, bed frame had metal sticking out i I kept catching my leg on. Hair in bathroom on floor. The pool is in back corner of parking lot next to a dumpster. The breakfast was sad. Everyone who walked in after us commented on it. Some things had definitely been updated and looked nice though.”

“Everything was filthy. There was a pile of dirty towels outside by door at 9pm check in that stayed there all night. The hook lock for the door was broken. The bath mat was filthy. the carpets in the room and halls had not been vacuumed.”
