「Upon Check in time I told to the receptionist that we have van to park, you can go to 4th floor so they went & park w/out looking the said car, the roof of the van was scratched & damaged when we are about to go & see places (they said they will get in touch about the said damaged ubfortunately until now no update). I deposited 1K pesos but they didnot give it back when we checked out. Restuarant table clothe was dirty. Key doesnot work & only 1 lift working that day.」
