「They had a maintenance issue and didn’t have a double bed room like I had reserved. They took care of it quickly by giving us 2 rooms for the price of 1. You learn most about a business when things aren’t going as planned and they passed with flying colors. The night manager was amazing!」

「My wife and I stay at this location whenever we are overnight in Des Moines. We have probably stayed her 30 to 40 times over the last few years. The staff has always been great to work with, the rooms are in great condition, the location is very close to shopping and restaurants. We've never had an issue with parking or other customers that are loud and partying. We like the one bedroom suite because my wife goes to bed early and I usually stay up late working. 「The location of the hotel was just off the interstate. It was far enough away that the noise from traffic never bothered us. We never even heard it to be honest! The staff was awesome. The two gentlemen who clean the lobby, hallways, and parking lot do a wonderful job and they both have excellent attitudes!
