“This is our third time staying at the Southhampton Inn. The facilities (pool, beach shuttle, etc.) are great and the Staff is very friendly and helpful. It is a great location and with an easy walk into town. The only complaint was the room/hallway smelled slightly musty. I know it is difficult keeping everything dry at the beach so that is not uncommon. Overall had a great time and hope to stay there again soon.”

“Truly wonderful stay. Comfortable bed/room and wonderful pool! Easy check in and out- was only there for a night for work but would have loved to stay longer.”

“The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. However, the hotel and a restaurant share the same property. The room door has glass panels, and both the door and windows face directly toward the central courtyard, which is also the restaurant’s operating area. The room does not have curtains, only roller shades, and the shades do not block the outside light at all. The restaurant stays open until very late at night, and the light from outside shines directly into the room, making it impossible……

“Beautiful! Relaxing vacation! A bit pricey, to be expected. Barbecue ($85) was beautifully set up. Menu was disappointing. Past reviews cited appetizers like lobster rolls and fritto misto. These were absent. $4 for a small lemonade which was mostly ice, REALLY!”

“When I booked our stay a year ago, the website said "make yourself at home with guestrooms featuring minibars" , there was restaurant and bar/lounge on the hotel information. Our refrigerator had two bottles of water, there is no bar and no restaurant from Monday to Friday. There was a Keurig, pound cake and fruit i.e. apples, available on the weekdays, but once the Cafe opened we had to buy coffee or tea, the Keurig disappeared. The beds were really comfortable. The rooms clean, but small,……
