I booked for my mother and my old piano teacher, one moderately older and one very elderly lady with mobility problems. While the first-floor room was not ideal for my piano teacher, my mum said the staff were incredibly helpful assisting her upstairs, and when a room on the ground floor became available, moved here in there. This kind of service is so wonderfully welcomed and a delight to hear about especially, as my mum put it, as the staff were all "such young people" who might not...
