「Beautiful building, nice large room, super comfortable mattress, duvet and pillows. Lovely little touches like earplugs (yes the church clock chimes through the night, I didn’t hear it but my husband did), make up remover pads and shower caps. Lovely breakfast cooked to order. Super friendly people, and the communal fridge under the stairs with milk and juices to help yourself to is a really thoughtful addition. 」

There were lots of little touches that added to our good experience-including welcome bags for each dog and more than adequate continental breakfast. We would highly recommend a d stay again. 「I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. The staff alone make this a place worth staying at. Nicky, behind the bar, was so welcoming and even offered us a lift back from a wedding we were attending. And the breakfast is first class!」

「Set in beautiful surroundings with lots of walks on your doorstep and two local dog friendly pubs that serve food. The owners are lovely and helpful in person and replied to our messages very quickly before we came. The accommodation is very clean and really cosy, dog friendly being a plus. Will definitely visit again this summer.」
