I tried calling the concierge and no one ever answered a phone call. They did whatsapp us after a few hours and said that the room I was in was the only room they could give me for 3 days. 「Paid for early checkin - 52 pounds sterling - the keys were npt in the lock box for 1 pm, causinfg some distress carrying our luggage and fatigued from no sleep. Located some fellow who also could not find keys in HIS lock box as he was the designated linen fellow, who was able to phone the cleaner, who had all the keys and was not finished preparing the apartment. There was no dish clothe nor dish towels and there are zero hooks in both bathrooms to hang towels. In addition there was a big leak...
