“Check-in chaotique. Chauffage insuffisant pour l'hiver. Literie rudimentaire”

“Hébergement conforme au descriptif mais, ce qu’on ne voit pas sur les photos c’est le manque de luminosité car il n’y a qu’une seule petite fenêtre dans le salon et une chambre sans fenêtre. Par ailleurs nous avons eut la désagréable surprise d’avoir un chauffage coupé à l’arrivée, sans eau chaude. Lorsque que nous avons mis le chauffage pour avoir une température correcte (pas plus de 20 degrés), le propriétaire nous a demandé de baisser le chauffage par rapport aux consommations électriques……

“Zwembad was fijn en mooi. Goed hotel dichtbij Disney en er is een gratis shuttlebus beschikbaar voor heen en terug wat goed is verzorgd. Lichtelijk kritiek puntje was alleen dat de kamer alleen open gaat middels een QR code. Duurt soms wat langer dan met een kaart.”

“Site and activities as always, really great. Shame the lodge wasn’t anywhere near to the standard we’ve had it on our past few visits. This was our 3rd time staying at this CP. such a great place to stay if going to Disney and when looking for family activities. I can’t rate it enough for that. We’ve always stayed the last week of Nov into Dec, but decided to give summer a go. Sadly the lodge we had on this occasion was not to standard and considering the cost to stay for 4 nights 5 days, you’d……

“If you don’t care about hygiene and you’re solely there for the kids amenities then fine. The breakfast is all cold dishes sprinkled with croissants and bread, minimal staff tidying up used tables, barely any tables free when it came time to eat. It’s not maintained well I saw one cleaner in the general areas and the same drink which spilt the night before was there in the morning. There was a brown mark on the duvet when we arrived in the evening, went to reception to ask them to change it……
