「The room was beautiful! The bed was super comfy. The room was really clean and had cute little extra details the maids added to the toilet paper and paper towel rolls. Lizzie who checked us in was so beyond friendly and a breath of fresh air to experience after a 17 hour drive. Linda who helped check us out was also very friendly. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others.」

「Overall, it was pretty good. The front desk service was excellent, and the location is in the city center. Although I occasionally heard drunken pedestrians making noise at night, I stayed on the 13th floor, so it was within an acceptable range.
