Due to Brighton & Hove council restrictions we do not accept party groups, including stag and hen parties. There should not be noise in the outside areas after 9.30pm or before 8am, in consideration of the neighbours.

The Neighborhood:
The house is located just a 5 minute walk from Brighton Train Station, in the heart of Brighton's cultural area, the quirky North Laine.

Within a short stroll you will find the very best independent shops, restaurants and cafes as well as Brighton's cultural highlights such as the Brighton Dome, Brighton Pavilion & Gardens and the Theatre Royal.

Brighton Palace Pier and the seafront are just a 10 minute walk away and you can easily venture to other areas of the city like Kemptown or Hove. It really is an incredibly amazing location that's central yet quiet and pretty.
