Can’t grumble at all for the price paid! The room was clean, and the instructions for checking in were clear and made the whole process really smooth. The customer service from the staff was also exceptional.
The only improvement I could suggest would be the water pressure in the shower, although I appreciate this isn’t always easy to address in older buildings.
The hotel’s location is absolutely perfect—right in the centre of Brighton and within easy reach of everything. The room also had a Smart TV with Netflix, Prime Video, etc., as well as the standard Freeview channels.
Overall, I highly recommend this budget-friendly accommodation if you’re looking for somewhere central in Brighton!

Arrived at hotel to have no keys in box for my room. No en-suite, toilet and shower were on the next landing down from the room. Lino placed over a big dip in the floor of toilet, Shower room next door to toilet didn’t heat up so had to have a cold shower, and the holder for the shower kept falling down.

The hotel is disgusting and dose not really exists when I arrived there l could not believe what I saw was totally understandable and it should not be a load to advertise on any site
I was lucky enough to find another hotel just a few yards down the road and thay accommodated me at cost of £80 which I was so grateful so l am out of pocket by £32 which l paid you when I made the booking
