Central 4 bedroom townhouse sleeps up to 14 people. House has been renovated in January 2024, please no shoes on the carpeted area.
Perfect location - close to shops, bars, restaurants and cafes makes this your perfect base for your holiday or weekend away.

Stylish kitchen, has worktops where you will find a four ring electric hob with oven and grill, microwave along with a free standing fridge with freezer as well as a washing machine & dish washer. The breakfast bar provides additional seating.

First floor has a living Room

Bright living room with a feature wall and matching accessories and colorful art work. Sofa bed and a click clack sofa convert into sofa beds by night for extra four people. There is x-boxTV and WiFi for your entertainment.

An additional room with a wardrobe, coat hanger and ample space for your suitcases.

Ideal location, close to the sea front and walkable to the pier and central Brighton. Excellent communication. Five of us stayed with lots of room and this clean and tidy property was very welcoming. I would certainly use it again.

Great location but let down by the cheap furnishings

Great location, quiet neighbourhood, parking v close and communication with the host was excellent, but the decor and property furnishings are very basic and bring down what could be an excellent rental property.
