"Our apartment was nicely updated and clean except for the duvet cover that wasn't cleaned before our stay. You could tell because there was a blood stain on it. The mattress needs to be changed as it was very uncomfortable. There was supposed to be a sofa bed but was more of a day bed with a child size pull out bed under the couch so was falsely advertised. Very close to blue mountain so that was nice. "

"Went for 5 nights to relax and unwind. Excellent check in service by Kelvin, received coupons for their 3 restaurants and wristbands for 4 activities which were appreciated. Indoor pool and outdoor jacuzzis which we never used and a large lunge area with a few games. Room was very spacious with a mini fridge and coffee maker, comfortable beds and a Juliet balcony so we could open the door to get fresh air. It is an older building so the rooms were a little dated and you could hear the tootles flushing mad showers running but all in all, was a great stay. "

Area- play park options were good for our 3 and 6 year old, we liked the gondola, ( nice restaurant at the top) and the canopy climb. The plunge pool was also a fun option but we had a pool in the hotel that was warm and shallow enough for my daughter to stand. "
