Falsely advertised traveller be warned

The property upon arrival was disgusting it had not had any cleaning or maintenance done for months. Carpets worn to bare threads no cooking utensils ither than 1 pot??? The agent/ slash owner was unhelpful all together warning she gets you pay via separate gateway outside of stayz. The stayz customer support did nothing to Address the situation their garrantee means Nothing address the siutation their The stayz customer support did nothing to pay via a separate
