「This place was exactly as described! Host was wonderful to work with!! She left little "extras" like firewood and starter, makings for S'mores, welcome basket with yummy maple syrup and Cabot popcorn, and Starbucks coffee!! The place was immaculate, and had everything we needed, including spices, to grill and cook meals! The firepit in the evening was perfect for cool nights. Communication was excellent all the way through the stay. I really can't say enough about this place and this host. ...

「Very lovely space in a quiet neighborhood. Very conveniently located and walkable to many local restaurants, grocery stores, and other amenities. Highly recommended.」

「NO HEAT, NO LAUNDRY, NO HELP, NO VERBAL COMMUNICATION. The first evening we arrived the heat would not come on in the apartment. Communication was only provided by texts through Expedia and 3 requests for help were not answered. We ended up heating the apartment with the oven door open and a box fan. 「The place was very nice and kept up. I would stay again.」

「Privacy, comfort, a great location and easy communication. Thanks for a great stay. Highly recommend!」

「Cute place, very clean we had all the comforts of home.」

「We really liked the location for our needs.」

「The location is fantastic. I parked when I got there and didn’t move the car until I left. I saw Church Street and the downtown area, walked along the lakefront and hiked up to and around the University. The neighborhood is full of students and the place reminded me of my college studio apartment. It’s nicely decorated but the floor slants and the place is small. Without the cleaning fee it’s a good value but the fee makes it a little pricey for what you get.」

「It was clean and we didn't do anything but sleep since we got there at 11:30 pm.」

「Location excellent, was in walking distance to church st marketplace, restaurants, coffee shops, bars etc. Appreciated having a dedicated parking spot & apartment was easy to access. Very petite but efficient room, had everything we needed and was very quiet at night.」
