3 br/2bath home in a quiet suburb of Bristol. 5 minutes from downtown Bristol, 10 minutes from the Hard Rock casino, 30-45 minutes from Kingsport and Johnson City, 15-20 minutes from downtown Abingdon.

Full kitchen, washer/dryer, back deck with sunset views, covered side porch, street and driveway parking, and small yard. New 70" smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, 2 separate office spaces for remote work if needed.

Sleeps up to 8 with provided beds (2 king, 1 xl full, 2 xl twin), 2 more with pull out couch. New mattresses and bedding throughout.

We spent very little time there. The beds were comfortable, but linens and cookware need update. Frying pan unusable, no spatula. Property unkempt outside.

Family Reunion

I loved the kitchen. We stayed to attend a family reunion so I had to cook. I had read the reviews so brought my own large bowls & pans. Beds are comfortable and TV room has lots of seating to relax & enjoy a movie.

Cozy and convenient property.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in this cozy home. The neighborhood was nice and convenient to the tournament we were there for. The yard was not mowed which took away from the overall curb appeal of the property and the reason for four stars and not five. The kitchen was very nice, and the bedrooms and two baths suited our needs perfectly. We had plenty of room for four adults. I would stay again if in the area.

I would have been nice to know the driveway was on a 45 degree angle. I have a wheelchair lift on the back of my car and was not able to access the drive way due to the clearance. Also the yard has not been mowed it a long time.

Could be great.

With a little bit of TLC this could be a gem. It was roomy and clean and those were the two most important things for us. Had comfortable beds with quality sheets. There are a few things that do need attention. The carpets need cleaned or just taken out. The walls need painted. Get a grill. The outside needed attention as well. Grass wasn't cut and the porches needed fixed. Hot tub in the pictures online but was not operating. Old broke looking car in the driveway. It wouldn't take much to make this place a very nice stay. All in.....thank you for letting us stay in your home. We would use this place again.

Safe Convenient Neighborhood

We stayed here while visiting family who live five minutes away. The house had a great layout for the seven of us and plenty of rooms/beds. We also felt extremely safe as my kiddos met several police officers who lived on the same block! We had a wonderful time and the owner was excellent at communicating with us! Thanks for a great stay!

The property was comfortable and in a great locatio. We accidentally locked our key in the house. Stephen, the owner, came late at night to let us in.

The interior was very nice, clean with comfortable furniture. The kitchen was sparse with no larger bowls, need more than 1 small pot. Initial impression was that it was wrong house. Grass sloppily overgrown, abandoned car parked at top of driveway which was only entrance nearby, no trespassing sign present at entry. It appeared that it still needed some finishing touches before it should have been available to rent. Received access to property only after I made an inquiry night before arrival. I've rented before with access given earlier.
