"Bed/bedding was clean and nice, but the carpet was very stained, old and grimy-looking and the room had a very strong air freshener smell. The bathroom and towels were fresh and clean but the sink was clogged, full of hair and gunk, so didn’t drain well. The pool, hot tub, and sauna were great. Water machine in the hall was not working and was leaking all over the floor. We got the room for cheap so didn’t complain about any issues. The foyer area was lovely with a fireplace and lots of plants. "

"Breakfast was a bit cold at 730 but over all it was okay. Rooms and pool area needed some tlc as there were dead bugs around both in abundance. Staff was friendly."

"We enjoyed the resort but we wouldn’t choose this resort again. We were in the Eldorado side and I think we expected it to be more updated I guess. It’s a beautiful spot, but could use some renovations. We were also disappointed that the boardwalk was closed for upgrades and the pool in our building was closed for maintenance (and we still got charged a resort fee). "
