「When I booked the room, there was no notice that there would be an extra fee for pets, and it clearly said pets friendly. When I took my dog to the hotel, the front desk actually charged me a pet fee, which was incredible! The reason was that I had to pay if I booked on Expedia, but if I booked directly with them, I wouldn't have to. It was totally unreasonable. I drove for more than five hours to get there, and there was no way I could leave, so I had to pay. The next morning, they said that...

「Very good 」

「The room is maintained well and clean. Nice view to the river. It’s a bit challenging to haul luggage to upper floor but staff is happy to help carrying the luggage.」

「Terrible pillows - so worn out that we felt like there we no pillows at all. Conditioner bottle was completely empty. We expected much more from this hotel. We left diasppointed.」

「The Room On the city side not good, the train station noise whole night nonstop 」

「didn't dine in, bed is high, not good for elderly」
