"WOW! The price we paid for this room is outrageous! This place is terrible. I'd file a complaint to get my money back if possible. Doesn't look ANYTHING like the pics. We were the ONLY people staying at the hotel. It was like out of a bad horror movie. No phone, no TV, no amenities. It was basically a roof over our heads for almost $400 per night!! "

"I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Icis Villas. The units were clean and comfortable, and overall the property had a welcoming and local feel. Part of this appeal is due to the friendly interactions with Ms Icis Malone, the proprietress, and her son. As the the stay was in February, the night breeze was cool enough to leave off the air-conditioning. I was able to eat some guavas straight off the tree next to our staircase! "Everything was great. Loved the customer service from all the front desk representatives; all 3 of them were really helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The room was so spacious and the balcony with the view was amazing. Great location near downtown. The only downfall was the WiFi; was unpredictable; didn’t work on my balcony or by the pool and streaming was inconsistent. I think though that this might be an “island thing;” I don’t know. "

"Loved our large lanai with ocean view and watching the ferries and sailboats come and go. Spacious room that we had to plug in refrigerator and microwave. There was a drumming group next-door that went a bit late. It was kind of fun at first. During the day it was a driving school. Also music with a big base beat until 2:30 am on Friday night. Loved the botanical gardens within walking distance. Convenient to restaurants close by. Great ocean views from hotel outdoor dining room. Food was okay."

"The staff was very helpful in getting into our room. On our departure day they assisted us with getting transportation to the airport. The room we stayed in had a view of the entire bay. It was spotlessly clean. There were plenty of towels, hand towels, soap, shampoo. The bed was extremely comfortable. If we do go back to the BVI we will definitely stay in the hotel again."
