"always professional here , very clean. we prefer to go to breakfast early to avoid ques when its busy (before 8am) car park next door is convenient but pricey. all round a good place to stay we have been a good few times and will go again!"

"Breakfast was included with the room which was wonderful. It was delicious and they had gluten free toast for me, which was lovely. The staff has been especially kind and helpful, and much I needed Since my plans changed after I checked out and had to check back in, they honored the rate I had previously booked. They are also within a lovely walking distance of beautiful gardens and the river and the downtown area. Highly recommended hotel. "

"The perfect spot to relax and unwind listening to the sounds of the sea. We treated ourselves to one of the balcony suites and were not disappointed. Margate is an interesting mix of old and new but there are lots of places to explore food wise. This is also my first visit to one of the Guesthouse hotels and I would be keen to try the others in the brand. The pantry was a nice idea although there were no plates for the cake, glasses for the drinks or jugs to get the fresh milk from the fridge. Parking is free after 6 outside the hotel but otherwise its quite expensive to park in the area. "

"Generally the standard of hygiene could be improved dramatically , just very dusty and dirty in certain areas. They just need to hoover the carpet more. We had a blocked sink and the water wasn’t very warm despite setting to maximum. I understand other guests had similar issues. Positives were - very friendly staff, comfy bed and oreo snacks were nice"
