The location is fabulous and only a minute from Viking Bay which is a superb beach. Natasha is very communicative and attentive, and her thoughtfulness behind the whole experience is evident. We were sad to leave and can’t wait to return. ”

“When we arrived to check in the room was not ready. Turns out they were not even aware of our booking until we showed it to them. We then had to wait two hours whilst the owner came to the property to get the room ready. Waiting outside in the side proved to be a disaster as their outdoor table and chair was covered in a black bitumen type substance that got all over the bottom of my trousers and completely ruined them. “Everything was great about the property itself, especially the location with the walk to the high street and the start of the shops only taking a minute or 2. “A wonderful cosy, quirky cottage, deep in the Kent countryside. Ideal location for walking dog owners, a couple looking for a romantic break or friends. Perfect for a short winter break. Lovely log burner. Relaxing and peaceful. A word of warning, very steep stairs. Felt like we were on a boat at times as the floors upstairs slope so much. This place has real character though and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, seeing the New Year in. Highly recommend.”

“Winterstoke is a HUGE house with 4 massive double bedrooms and a large twin room. This does not feel like a holiday rental, it feels like a home. I have never stayed in a property that is so well appointed, every detail is covered. The quality of the house is really fantastic and incredibly comfortable. The back garden is lovely with a great area for entertaining, unfortunately it was freezing so we could not make use of it. We had a baby with us and the owner (sheila) had EVERYTHING……
