「Our stay in Beacon Hill was fabulous. Check in and communication with our host was flawless. David was quick to respond to all our questions and requests. The location was ideal. Two main subway lines were within 2-5 minute walk for longer destinations and we were able to walk to everything else. Small groceries, numerous restaurants, etc. We certainly had a memorable vacation and enjoyed our stay in David’s rental. 」

「This beautiful home was perfect for our 3-day stay with six adults. The restored wood floors are stunning and run throughout the home. It was extremely clean and welcoming, and the gas station next door made fueling up our rental car super easy! There is a bus stop right in front, but we chose to drive rather than take the bus. The house is in a safe neighborhood about half an hour from the touristy part of Boston. We really only slept and showered there since we were out enjoying wonderful...

「Made our way from Tx to Boston to beat the heat…unfortunately we brought a record breaking heat wave with us. Nice space. As advertised, clean and spacious. Really happy the a/c was able to keep up with the weather. Short walk to restaurants, bars, and the T station made this an affordable and convenient spot to explore Boston. 」

「This is an upstairs apartment and the kids rooms are on the third floor so the downstairs tennants cannot hear them from the bedroom. This is definitiely spacious, and it was clean. We traveled with 10 total family members and everyone was able to have a bed of their own (2 night stay). All of the beds were comfortable. The kitchen had an awesome refrigerator. The kitchen is minimally stocked, but we had what we needed. There is a regular coffee maker and a keurig. There were paper towels,...

"I haven't used anything since checking in. The bathtub is clogged and infested with mosquitoes. The windowsills and tables in the room are dusty, as if no one has stayed and hasn't cleaned them in ages. The refrigerator also doesn't work. After reporting the situation, we were told we would get a full refund. However, a month has passed and I haven't received one. I contacted the hotel, and they said they'd already processed the refund and told me to check with my bank. I went to the bank and asked the manager to check, but they also said there was no refund. I think this hotel is deceptive. If I had a five-star review, I wouldn't give it a single star. It's terrible. If there was a complaint number, I would definitely file a complaint with this hotel, not just the Hilton. It's worse than an average hotel. It's ridiculous."
