On a living area of ​​approx. 45m² there is a living room with a sofa bed, a foldaway bed and a dining area, a small bedroom with a single bed and a bunk for a child (can be reached via a ladder above the door), a kitchenette in the entrance area and shower / WC , A furnished loggia / south-facing terrace with 2 sun loungers invites you to relax. A reserved parking space is available directly at the house. The in-house swimming pool can be used free of charge (01. April to 31. October), the sauna for a small fee. A washing machine and a dryer (coin machines) are available in the house for the community, as well as a table tennis room. Bed linen and towels are not included in the rent, but can be borrowed from the Tourist Information for a fee of 15 € per person.
