“The location is close to the main historical buildings and tourist centres. The breakfast buffet provides diversified kinds of good foods and is worthwhile to pay extra cost for it. Most of the staff are welcoming and helpful. But the staff of cashier are a bit too cool to greet their guests. The dust on the cups in the minibar broke the image of its “blink blink cleanliness “. It’s good to live there for one day and try the breakfast buffet. But it is not suggested to live there for more……

“My friend and I were in a pinch and came across this hotel at the last minute. It turned out to be a great find! The staff was so incredibly helpful both in person and online (very responsive to Expedia and whatsapp messages), the room was clean, and the wifi worked well. They went above and beyond with helping us find transportation around the area, recommending places to go, and helping us with phone and printing needs.”

“When I came back to the room, I found out the maid left a key in keyhole to my room and anyone could get into my room if they try. Luckily, nothing was stolen but I felt very insecure and unsafe. The room safe, hair dryer, and wifi did not work. Wifi consistently disconnected and it was hard to watch anything.”

“I really enjoyed my stay. I was able to travel easy due to the property being a five minute walk from a few different bus stops. There are also some decent places to eat out around as well. Chris was an awesome host helping me whenever I needed it. Everything was provided, except for shampoo. I brought my own, but others may find that unexpected. The WiFi can also be temperamental depending where in the room you are, but not unusable. If you want a fair price short term stay, this is a fantastic……

“Great accomodation in a brilliant location, near to the harbour and numerous good restaurants but still very quiet & restful inside the apartment. The manager Angie was very friendly & helpful, even met us with the key after a late flight. Apartment was spotlessly clean & had everything we needed.”
