“very clean room”

“Malta is an exotic place for me. The hotel is located very near the airport, with about 15 minutes of walk. A taxi ride would be only 5 minutes. But directions are not clear and almost all the buildings were closed and looked all the same so it was rather difficult to find the place. The young attendant at the front desk was kind and polite. But his duty hours were between 6am and 3pm only. That means any one arriving after 3pm needs to follow the clues left on the door to open the gate and……

“Despite several hiccups during our 7 night stay, the hotel is amazing. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel is super clean and they have a nice aromatic scent throughout the lobby that you can actually smell even before you get into the building. The breakfast buffet is amazing. Serving such things as fried eggs, boiled eggs, bacon, sausage, hash brown potatoes, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, fresh veggies, sauteed mushrooms, grilled tomatoes, deli meat and cheese, ……

“I received a message from the property owner that check-in was only available between 4 PM and 7 PM. Unfortunately, this posed a challenge for me, as I had a business dinner scheduled for 7:30 PM. Additionally, the property’s listing mentioned a complimentary shuttle service available 24/7, which I later found was not the case. As a result, I had to arrange for an Uber at my own expense. Overall, this experience was quite disappointing, and I believe it could be improved for future guests.……

“Door opens directly on a major highway--it was the noisiest place I have ever slept. My husband's room had an ant infestation in the bathroom. I booked a room for 3 people and it had only 1 king bed for all of them.”

“The room was clean and large. The check in process is messy with using what’s app instead of having a live person.”

“Just a one night stay for me so didn't need much. Arrived very late so thankful communication re check in was clear and all worked well. Once this place may have included breakfast but not during my stay. Did feel like i was in someones home which made for a comfortable stay for a good nights sleep. ”

“The breakfast was very good there were a lot of items to choose from, the staff is very friendly and willing to help you. The room was good spacious very clean and well maintained.”

“1. No lift for 2nd floor units, narrow stairs to carry heavy luggage. 2. Too narrow doors to move freely in and out of rooms 3. First two nights Airconditioning was controlled by the owner and it was put to off or not working, suffered in heat after heated email/text , they switched it ON. 4. Breakfast has very specific timings per room , need to visit only in that 30 min window for breakfast. 5. Near to Airport, and near by general shops and bustop. I will not recommend this place to anyone,……

“The rooms were cleaned everyday with fresh towels. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a good view overlooking the bay. Only slight negative was the breakfast was a little limited (same everyday). But there was never any shortage of it. Coffee and tea (numerous types) good.”

“Great space to stay at and room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast served on time every morning in the room and was delicious, great options available to suit everyone. Staff were great and full of information and very helpful when you needed anything. Pool outside was good to have as well, cool you down after a day of exploring in the Malta heat. I rented a car and was able to park fairly close by each night.”

“Everything was excellent, and what these sites don’t tell you is that the rooms come with a fridge. That could make the difference between someone or not booking this place. Joe was a gracious host, r The whole place could not be faulted.”

“Fabulous accommodation for a short stay. This room doesn’t have windows so only suitable if you’re intending to be out and about most of the day. Really easy to follow emailed instructions on entry to the property and access to your room. Offers breakfast but I didn’t require this and there’s plenty of small convenience stores in walking distance. Would definitely use again”
