「The Duke Boutique Hotel is located right in the center of Victoria, Gozo. It is easy to get to any places in Gozo from here since the bus terminal is jut in 5-minute walk distance. This hotel provided very comfortable room/bed, fabulous breakfast (with good view) and nice service. I will definitely stay here again if I visit Gozo in the future.」

「Malta is an exotic place for me. The hotel is located very near the airport, with about 15 minutes of walk. A taxi ride would be only 5 minutes. But directions are not clear and almost all the buildings were closed and looked all the same so it was rather difficult to find the place. The young attendant at the front desk was kind and polite. But his duty hours were between 6am and 3pm only. That means any one arriving after 3pm needs to follow the clues left on the door to open the gate and...

「The staff were exceptional throughout our stay; delivered a bottle of Prosecco and small bite-sized cakes to the room after noticing it was my partners birthday from her passport during check-in, then gave us a complimentary drinks voucher for not being able to check us in (we were early and they managed to get us in at the time we should have been in, but felt bad for saying it might be earlier). Both unprompted and thoughtful gestures.」
