「Don’t hesitate to book this property . Just book it! Lovely and clean. Very comfortable beds. Air con really efficient and much needed (30-34 degrees when we were there. Fabulous location on the canal with a patio with fabulous views. Property very near to bus stop(3 min walk) ferry(5min walk), train (15min walk). Guenda, our lovely host was super to communicate with following booking and greeted us on arrival to explain practicalities and offer good advice and was contactable for any queries...

「An amazing place for those who appreciate the little details! Everything was brand new, spotless, high-tech, and fully automated. There’s dedicated parking in the building, with automatic access codes for every gate and entrance. We were very pleasantly surprised! 「Property was fab! We had the best apartment No 16, it was on two floors. Was a bit dated not quite like the photos on Expedia but very clean. We had a skylight in the bedroom which made it a bit bright when the sun came up. I mentioned it to reception and they immediately offered to move us or try to cover it up. Vanessa was the best, she got maintenance to come straight out to solve the issue by putting some board up. Customer Service was AMAZING!! She couldn’t do enough for us. On my birthday...

「The Flowers apartments are located in the historic and most charming part of town. Yet they are close to restaurants, bars and ferries, also a 10-15 minute walk to the railway station. The apartment was clean and has everything you need and given it's central location, very quiet. The host Tiziano is not on site, but maintains good communication and the instructions for checking in was good. He is so helpful and answers all your questions promptly. Wound recommend this property.」

「Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.」
