A Neighborhood

The cabin was lovely. The coffee bar was a nice extra! The bathroom was amazing with the rain shower head and the extra large soaker tub. The neighbors were a bit closer then expected tho.

Great time

Everything was as expected and more. Our host were gracious and quick to respond to answer any questions we had. The cabin was clean and your far enough way from Hochatown to feel isolated but, it only takes about 5 minutes to get the Mountain Fork Brewery. We had a wonderful time.

Wonderful Family Vacation

We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful cabin and overall cleanliness of the property! The owners thought of everything, we were welcomed with a s'more kit, bathroom amenities, and a wonderful coffee bar. We enjoyed our time in the hot tub and around the campfire. We even had a family game night with the board games that the owners provided. We will make sure to come back and stay in Kozy Cabin when we are in the Broken Bow area in the future!

Secluded Cabin in the Woods

We were looking for a place that would provide good eclipse viewing away from the crowds. The Kozy Nook was perfect. We set up our lawn chairs in the middle of the road and the clouds parted just in time. The cabin was spotless and the owners provided so many extras. Except if you like Tabasco you need to bring your own! They have everything labeled from light switches to drawers and cabinets. We stayed 3 nights and didn't want to leave. We just snuggled in and turned on the fireplace at night. Between the eclipse and the awesome cabin we have beautiful memories of the experience! Although it was just the two of us, there was a variety of fun things for children to do, from cornhole, swings, to the firepit. The hosts even provided a gift bag with a few smore makings. And if the weather didn't cooperate, (we had 2 days of rain but we didn't care) there was an electric smore maker in the kitchen cabinet! This cabin was awesome!

Honestly probably the best rental house we have stayed at!!

Highly recommend this property. We travel a lot and this is probably the best property we have ever been to! They thought of everything!! Has everything you need!! Everything was great! Only con was there is zero cell service, which we enjoyed, just make sure you have all your information screenshot or printed out upon arrival. There is WiFi once logged in wasn't any problem at all!! Overall was a very nice stay and hopefully will get to come again soon!!

We loved our stay at Kozy Nook Cabin. The weather wasn’t great for our trout fishing but this cabin made the stay great! The hot tub, fireplace and tv on the deck were awesome. The kitchen had everything we needed. Over all an excellent stay and we will be back! The hosts were awesome communicating with us.

The best cabin ever!

We had a blast at this cabin! My husband and the kids loved it. We are already planning to come back this winter. It was so cold this March for Spring Break so we were super excited to use both fireplaces and the outside fire pit and especially the hot tub! The hot tub was awesome! They had all we needed for every activity from roasting marshmallows to games and the swings were fun! The bedroom is lovely and had so much space for an air mattress for my older son. Everything was super clean and it was so easy to cook in the kitchen. Nothing but good things to say about this place, wish we had more time here.

A Kozy Gem for a Family Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kozy Nook. Everything was detailed and truly delivered exactly as advertised. They even had fire starters for us, which was a nice touch and not always offered. The house was clean, the coffee bar stocked and the hot tub was in the perfect location to sneak in a little TV while lounging… the ultimate luxury. Our small family of 4 was perfectly comfortable. Bathroom was huge and shower was amazing. Swings outside to keep the kiddos entertained. Would absolutely stay here again for a long weekend. Thank you for the hospitality and making everything so easy and comfortable.

Beautiful Get Away

This place had everything we needed and more! The beautiful cabin was the perfect relaxing escape for me and my husband. Gabby and Nicole thought of absolutely everything! The app with cabin information was so easy to use and was very helpful. There was so much to do at the cabin that you could honestly enjoy yourself thoroughly without even leaving. My husband's favorite place was the back deck with tv, fireplace, and hot tub. We had plenty of time so we did go out and explore the location as well. There were plenty of gorgeous views and amazing hiking trails, and beautiful locations to enjoy. We loved every minute! Thank you so much Gabby and Nicole!
