The place was clean and well maintained, staff was courteous and the breakfast options were nice. Nice gym area as well, some more dumbbells would have been appreciated though

The room is clean, friendly staff and very convenient. The metro is just few steps away. They even provide free laundry services

Our room (a suite) was perfect – elegantly appointed, spacious, impeccably clean, and with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. I would like to give a special mention to the hotel's Lounge. The food and beverage offerings were excellent, but what was particularly impressive was the staff in the lounge. They were so attentive, friendly, and discreet, making us feel truly valued. They are the true gem of this hotel. I highly recommend the Gran Melia to anyone seeking an authentic and luxurious experience in Xi'an. You will feel that your choice was the right one for the quality of service and comfort. We will definitely be returning.
