"Perfect location. Central to the island. Room was cool ..clean and quiet even above a pub. Breakfast was lovely"

"Awesome find, great staff !"

"Great breakfast"

"Comfortable rooms above a pub less than a two minute walk from Lymington Town railway station and a few minutes to town centre and quayside with restaurants and pubs. Street was fairly quiet at night. Staff friendly and efficient- we left our bags as we arrived early and when we returned later to check in the bags had been taken to our room for us. Would stay again."

"The room its self was clean but very tired. It was very cold as the window/door lets in a draught (old building) but we were provided with a large blanket on arrival but the electric fire in the room was more for decoration rather than heat. The staff were happy to help with our requests for extra towels and coffee. It was a very unique experience."

"Good central location"

"Great rooms with good air conditioning. Very nicely appointed and the restaurant downstairs was fantastic. Would recommend and would definitely stay here again."

"Very pleasant stay, will come again."

"The little gypsy caravan was lovely and quaint, an experience in itself, everywhere was immaculate and clean, well organised, the continental breakfast was beautiful with a wide range and fresh fruit, the owner recommended we're to eat in the village and drink, it's was excellent to, nice and friendly, overall an excellent experience"

"The room was very clean and pleasant but could do with a bit of TLC but it didn't put us off.The location is fantastic, being right in the middle of the High ST.The staff were very helpful and fantastic as they had staff off while i stayed and as for the food, fantastic, loved the meals from the evening menu and the breakfast is superb as well with Nicky and the staff making it great. All in all well worth the money and i can't wait to return."

"The hotel overall was excellent. On arrival was welcomed, given room and told when breakfast was served the next day. Room clean and in keeping with the history of the building (Grade 2). The breakfast was very good and all staff were very helpful. Would highly recommend."

"The property is quite outdated but the staff were helpful and it was adequate for our one night stay."
