「When we checked in at 4:30, they were still cleaning our room, we were not told they were still cleaning. We found out after we took all our stuff up to our room and had to wait in the hallway. Our hairdryer didn’t work and only had 2 towels in a double room, tried to call front desk and found out our phone also wasn’t working (cord wouldn’t stay hooked). Went down to front desk got towels and told them about our hairdryer and phone. We were told our phone does work but they would send someone...
